1. SHIPPING PROVIDER AND ROLE
1.1 We use Interparcel to arrange shipment of customer orders.
1.2 Interparcel acts as a shipping aggregator, engaging third-party courier and freight providers on our behalf.
1.3 All delivery services are performed by independent carriers. We do not operate or control courier networks.
1.4 By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery is subject to the applicable carrier’s terms, conditions, and service limitations.

we reserve the right to recover the additional cost prior to delivery or re-dispatch.
4. DISPATCH POLICY — DEFAULT “SHIP COMPLETE”

4.2 This approach reduces freight costs, environmental impact, and the risk of lost or mismatched items.
4.3 We are not obliged to split shipments unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
5.1 If you request partial shipment of an order:
-
Additional shipping costs may apply

5.3 Partial shipment does not entitle cancellation of remaining items.

6.2 Dispatch may be delayed due to:
