At O'Spire we know that your favourite bike is the one that works best, which is why we have such a high standard for our mechanical work. We offer three different standard service packages but always welcome custom jobs. O'Spire is an official authorised Sydney dealer of Pinarello, Cervelo, Focus, Kalkhoff, Quickpro and Tavelo so we are equipped to take care of your bikes but are also perfectly equipped for all makes and models!

NOTE:

• All services (regardless of package choice) will undergo a preliminary inspection by our technician for assessment. You (the customer) will receive a quote via email prior to commencement of any work for transparency of indicative cost to review for approval to commence works. We will not commence work until quotation is approved.
• Whilst we try our best to provide as accurate a quotation as possible, unforeseen re-placement of parts or additional labour will incur an additional charge.
• O'Spire unfortunately is unable to service any e-bikes outside of Kalkhoff e-bikes.
• Drop off for servicing or mechanical work is between 10.00am - 11.00am on day of booked service unless confirmed by a staff member otherwise. To ensure a seemless process, it is preferred that you drop off your bike the day before your scheduled service where possible.
• Every single bicycle is test ridden for quality assurance.
• Service levels do not include cost of additional parts required to complete service.
• Due to limited storage, bikes that have completed a service that have not been collected within 4 business days will incur a storage fee of $20.00 per day payable upon collection.
• Labour is calculated at a rate of $200.00 per hour.
